We want every Soul Painting Experience to feel relaxed, meaningful, and well-prepared.

The information below explains how booking, scheduling, payment, shipping, and privacy work so you know exactly what to expect.

Booking & Payment

Your Soul Painting Experience is reserved once your booking form, questionnaire, and payment have been completed.

Booking online allows Tammy to begin preparing for your experience immediately.

Preparing for Your Experience

As part of the booking process, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire before your experience.

The information you share helps Tammy begin connecting with your journey before you meet and allows her to thoughtfully prepare for your time together.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your Soul Painting Experience, you may do so using the rescheduling link included in your calendar confirmation.

If you need additional assistance, please contact Tammy directly. She’ll be happy to help you find another available appointment.

Shipping

Every Soul Painting is professionally packaged with great care to help ensure it arrives safely.

Complimentary shipping is included for Soul Painting Experiences within the continental United States.

Original abstract artwork is professionally packaged, with shipping charges calculated during checkout based on the size and destination of the artwork.

In the unlikely event that a Soul Painting is lost during shipment, Tammy will provide a new Soul Painting Experience at no additional cost to the client. This allows a new painting to be created through a new experience rather than attempting to recreate the original artwork.

Legacy clients will continue to have access to the recordings, transcripts, and archives from their original experience while the replacement experience is completed.

Privacy

Your Soul Painting Experience is personal.

Everything you share during your experience is treated with respect and confidentiality.

During the booking process, you’ll have the opportunity to indicate your preferences regarding:

• Photography

• Video recordings

• Promotional use of your artwork

• Future communications

Your preferences will always be respected.

Legacy Experiences

Legacy Upgrades may be purchased for up to 12 months following your original Soul Painting Experience.

Legacy Reconnection Experiences are available for returning clients who wish to revisit their painting and explore the meaning that has continued to unfold over time.

Refunds

Every Soul Painting Experience is reserved specifically for you, and every painting is an original work of art created during your experience.

Because of the highly personalized nature of the experience and the artwork created, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available once a Soul Painting Experience has been completed and the associated artwork and deliverables have been created.

If a Soul Painting is lost during shipping, Tammy will provide a new Soul Painting Experience rather than issue a refund. This ensures every replacement painting is created through a new experience rather than attempting to recreate the original artwork.
