Not at all. You do not need to touch a paintbrush or have any artistic background. I am the one translating your energy onto the canvas. Your only job is to show up, relax, and open yourself up to the experience.
How does a Zoom session work compared to an in-person session?
The energetic connection is exactly the same.
In-Person: We share a physical studio space, allowing you to watch the colors and textures build live.
Over Zoom: You can settle into the comfort of your own home. I position my camera so you have a clear, high-definition view of the canvas as it evolves.
What actually happens during a Soul Painting Experience?
We begin with a gentle, grounded conversation about where you are in life and what guidance you are seeking. Then, while we are connected live (in-person or on screen), I intuitively connect to that energy and create a physical abstract painting. We close the session by looking at the piece together to decode the insights, colors, and symbols that emerged.
How does this help me if I am feeling lost or stuck?
When you are stuck, your brain is usually trapped in overthinking. This experience bypasses logic. By translating your current transition into color and form, the painting reveals your hidden strengths, blocks, and next steps in a visual way that your mind can finally process and accept.
Will I get to keep the physical painting?
Yes, absolutely. Once the paint is completely dry and sealed, the physical canvas will be packaged with care and shipped directly to your door (or handed to you, if in-person). It serves as your permanent, daily visual anchor for your new chapter.
