My name is Robyn Williams and this is my second Soul Painting by Tammy Conover.  My last one was 9 years ago and so much has changed in my life.  I have just retired from my job and entering a new phase.  As I enter into my senior years I’m doing a lot of self reflecting.  What does the future holds for me? How can I continue to evolve and shed old patterns? In other words how can I become the best version of myself at this time of my life.  As Tammy and I sit down to do my Soul Painting she asked me one question “Robyn what is it that you are wanting out of this experience?”  My response was “I want to know about this next and possibly final chapter in my life”.   

This Soul Painting started out the same way as my first one 9 years ago with a meditation.  I set my intention  and just relaxed while Tammy painted.  When I laid eyes on my painting I knew immediately that Tammy had tapped into my heart and soul.  Tammy talked about the explosion of colors and what each one meant.  She talked about the things I need to release because those things no longer serve me and to trust this next chapter in my life.  One of the most healing part of this Soul Painting was when she expressed, “With each stroke of the brush that nothing in my life has been wasted”.  This is one area that haunts me in my life….Wasted time, wasted opportunities!  The would have’s, could have’s and  should have’s.  This is what I came to experience and Tammy hit it out of the park.  I know at 71 time is winding down but that I still have a lot of life and love to give!  I don’t want to be stuck in old ways and old patterns and when the finale curtain does decide to fall I can say I did it my way with a beautiful celebration of life and no regrets.

Tammy’s ability to connect with Spirit, God the Universe however she does it, and express one’s Soul on canvas will always amaze me!  I feel like we humans go through many chapters in our life and your never to old to grow and expand.  If you are at one of these cross roads in your life I highly recommend getting a Soul painting by Tammy Conover!  I know I am looking forward to spending time with my Soul Painting I’m sure it has a lot to reveal.
